Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
1. The service
ImagesCombine provides a free, browser-based utility that merges multiple images into a single file. All processing happens on your device; the website delivers only the static application code.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Process images you do not have the right to use, including content that infringes copyright, privacy or publicity rights.
- Create misleading, defamatory, harassing or otherwise unlawful composites.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer maliciously, or overload the site.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to your images. Because everything is processed locally, we never take possession of your files and claim no license over them.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Browser and device capabilities vary; we do not guarantee that very large outputs can be produced on every device.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagesCombine and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost data or lost profits — arising from use of the service.
6. Advertising
The site is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are provided by external networks; we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for their content.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
